Please make sure your ‘beater is in good standing with their teachers and principals so they won’t mind them missing an afternoon to perform a community service : >)
Whereas, we need as many Beaters as possible to stay and help pack up, if the only reason you can’t get there early or stay after the gig is because your Beater has another event, that’s OK as long as you let me know in advance. Please stay as long as you possibly can and maybe come a little early so you can help set-up more than those who are able to help afterwards.
