Location: WARKENTINE CULTURE & ARTS CENTER – 4838 E Butler Ave, Fresno, CA 93727
Arrival Time at Location: 4:30pm
Final Sound Check: 5:00pm. We will NOT be serving dinner to the Beaters. Please have them well-fed before they arrive.
6:30-7:00pm: All Beaters in the Auditorium to listen to the pre-concert music
Performance Time: 7:00-8:30pm
Packing Up: Immediately after the concert, we will need to pack up just like a regular gig
Attire: OFFICIAL SHIRT, solid black PANTS ONLY, NO SHORTS, solid black socks, solid black shoes (no stripes, piping, etc in any color but BLACK. Same with belts; ALL BLACK). NO SHORTS PLEASE. We need to look as spiffy as possible.
