Other Notes

This will be a hurry-up-and-wait kind of night depending on how quickly the sound guy can get a good sound out of us and the video guy can understand when to get the camera on the correct area to capture the featured sections and soloists. Please help your child understand they may be sitting more than they would like but we need them to take deep breaths, and not get whiny about the situation. The fewer distractions the directors and tech crew all have, the faster this process will go.

Location/Directions

Big Show is at the Warkentine Culture & Arts Center on the Fresno Pacific University campus:
4838 E. Butler Ave., Fresno CA 93727

Specific Directions:

  • Take the 180 and exit south on Chestnut.
  • Turn left on Butler Ave
  • Turn right on Winery Ave
  • Turn right again on Townsend Ave. You can park along the street or in the parking spaces on Garden Ave.

Attire: Official 25-26 Shirt. Black Pants & Shoes!

4:00 pm: BTB & Drumline Call & Set up

4:45 pm: Drumline Staging Wipeout & BTB practice in mallet room

5:30 pm: Secondary & DL Wipeout

6:00 pm: DL, BTB, Rookies & Secondary BIG SHOW ENDING

7:15 pm: Break

7:30 pm: Rookies

8:00 pm: Secondary rehearsal, Rookies pick up

8:30 pm: BTB Zoomers rehearsal, Secondary Pick up

9:00 pm: BTB Boomers rehearsal, Zoomer Pick up

9:20 pm: Boomers pick up & done
