TUITION: 2026/27 Year tuition is $110 per month, or $1,100 for the full year. REHEARSALS: Regular weekly rehearsals for the Rookies group are Tuesdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Regular weekly rehearsals for the Secondary group are Wednesdays from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm By signing this parent contract, I agree to: 1. Pay my beater's tuition in a timely manner, as outlined in the participant handbook. I understand if my child needs to leave WGTB before the end of the year, I will pay the remaining balance of the yearly tuition at the time of departure. 2. Have my child in the rehearsal room and ready to begin ON TIME for each rehearsal (EARLY is on time!) 3. Retrieve my child from rehearsals promptly at the conclusion. 4. Have my child at gigs at the designated arrival time and pick him/her up promptly after performance. 5. Do my best to earn at least $250 towards WGTB's family fund-raising goal. 6. Check the WGTB website, the "BAND" mobile app, and/or my e-mail & texts regularly for WGTB communication; at least once a week (Tuesday/Wednesday practice day mornings on non-gig weeks, or the day before a gig are good choices). 7. Undergo a criminal background check as needed (for anyone who works with the children). 8. Help with the loading and unloading of instruments whenever needed and available. 9. Sign up to volunteer when needed and available. Please complete and sign this form NO LATER than when you bring your Beater to rehearsal on Tuesday, September 1st (Rookies)/ Wednesday, September 2nd (Secondary). No one will be able to participate in our rehearsals after August 31 without a signed contract. Your child needs to sign the contract as well.
