Grizzlies Game • April 10th, 2026

We Got the Beat will be performing for the Fresno Grizzlies Little League event!  This will be part of their opening weekend. They will be supporting the Local Little League and youth activities such as ours by allowing us to fundraise from ticket sales. 

All Beaters and family members will be required to purchase a $25 ticket to participate and watch the game afterwards. The We Got the Beat Program will be getting $10 back on each ticket we sell as long as we bring out 100 people, SO please encourage everyone around you, grandparents, uncles, aunts, neighbors, friends, to join us and buy a ticket from WGTB! This is also a great opportunity for our beaters to hang out with each other, which is MUCH needed! If you can’t purchase a ticket, please let me know: romanplaysdrums@gmail.com.

ALL GIG INFO HERE:

Please arrive tonight at 5 PM outside Gate 3 (Corner of H & Inyo Street). This is where you will find the Van & Trailer parked inside the park. You will grab your tickets from Rebecca Jones (Luke & Sam’s Mom), walk to the entrance on H Street, find your seats, and/or help WGTB set up if you are willing and able. We will need some parents who are willing to help guide students on where to set up. We will need to be set up & ready to play by the H Street gate by 5:50 PM. Doors open right then!

Attire: OFFICIAL WGTB/BTB Shirts, BLACK shorts, pants, socks, and shoes. If there is any white showing, we will be hiding it with black tape.

Parking is $10 per vehicle. I recommend traveling together if you can. If you have extra people who are coming separately, please give your beater their ticket so they can enter the park to set up & wait for the others outside the stadium.

Things WGTB will need extra help with. If you can help with something, leave a comment!

– Setting up our advertisement table

– Taping Beaters’ socks and shoes if they are not black

– Guiding beaters to and from van & trailer, performance spot, seats & stands

– Keeping beaters QUIET while Mateo plays the National Anthem

– SCREAMING AND CHEERING for Mateo after he is done

– Keeping beaters focused on packing up AFTER Mateo play’s the anthem.

ABOUT THE RAIN RAIN: Right now, it looks like the stars and everything are aligning, and it won’t rain! BUT if it does, we will be playing in a shaded location either way. We are almost all in section 212, which is not shielded from the rain. If the rain gets horrible and you want to continue watching the game, we can watch in the concourse, or you can bring a towel & umbrella with you. Keep your fingers crossed that it stays this way.
