Attire: This is a jelly bean gig (any WGTB shirt on top), ALL BLACK on the bottom.  NO WHITE SOCKS WITH SHORTS PLEASE!  BLACK ONLY!

We will be playing outdoors on their blacktop. If it is cold, please wear any long sleeve shirts UNDER our WGTB shirts. Plain black or neutral colors please. WGTB sweatshirts OK to wear.

Notes:  This is Secondary Beater Addi’s school. We want to play our best and help her look GOOD at her school!

We have the following people listed as NOT coming. Please let us know if your Beater’s availability has changed. We WILL take them if they can now MAKE the gig.

SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS:
From Ashlan: drive north on Millbrook
Turn right onto Ashcroft
Then left on 8th street
Park along 8th street near Norwich
Have your Beater enter the site through the gate on 8th & Norwich
Walk to the blacktop where you should see our van & trailer and a stage.

From Gettysburg:
Turn onto the frontage road at 9th street.
Turn left onto 8th street.                                                                                                            Park along 8th street near Norwich
Have your Beater enter the site through the gate on 8th & Norwich
Walk to the blacktop where you should see our van & trailer and a stage.

PLEASE REMEMBER We set up, play and pack together as a band so:

1. Please make sure your Beater is free to help us move equipment, set up, tear down and pack the van and trailer

2. Please make sure your Beater doesn’t eat food or have a drink in their hands while we are moving or packing equipment

3. This is an outdoor gig so please dress accordingly. If your Beater needs to be warmer than a WGTB T-Shirt and they don’t have a WGTB sweatshirt, please have them wear black long-sleeves UNDER their shirt. We want the WGTB logo to always be visible.
4. We will need strong-backed parents to help us lift keyboards up onto the stage and to bring them back down after we play.
