Itenerary

1. 1. 2:00 pm – Families and Buses arrive at Pilgrim Armenian. 
      1. Beaters dressed in any WGTB/BTB shirt 
   2. 2:30 pm – Depart for Modesto
   3. 4:15 pm – Arrive in Modesto / hand out wristbands / organize into groups / walk to theater
   4. 5:20 pm – Take seats in Gallo Center
   5. 5:30 pm – Watch Stomp Rehearse! 
      1. (Extra family members eat at nearby restaurants)
   6. 6:00 pm – Q&A with cast members 
      1. (Extra family members bring back food for beaters)
   7. 6:25 pm – Dinner 
   8. 7:00-7:20 pm – Beaters check-in at lobby of Gallo Center, go to the bathroom, find seats
   9. 7:30 pm – Enjoy the show!
   10. 9:00 pm – Use bathroom &  load busses 
   11. 9:20 pm Depart for Fresno
   12. 11:00 pm – Arrive at Pilgrim Armenian

Additional Comments: We will distribute tickets for the performance the week before we depart. Please make sure you have them ready BEFORE you leave your house.

The Beater MUST ride the bus with the other Beaters. This will be a great experience for them to get to know each other and hang out!

Bus Seat Payment: WGTB will cover the cost of the bus seat for each beater. Parents wishing to accompany us on the bus will need to purchase their own “Stomp tickets” and bus seats,  but can drive separately if they wish.

$60 per Stomp ticket // $40 per bus seat = $100 each family member

Your beater must have money for dinner. If they are traveling alone, they must bring money with them to pay for food.

Optional Contribution: If you’d like to contribute to the trip, you can choose to pay for your beater’s bus seat. You may choose to cover the cost of your beaters bus seat ($35) or stomp ticket ($55).
