TUITION: 2025/26 Year tuition is $110 per month, or $1,100 for the full year. REHEARSALS: Day: Thursdays Time: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Location: First Congregational Church of Fresno – "Big Red Church" 2131 N. Van Ness Boulevard Fresno, CA, 93704 WINTER PERCUSSION: If your beater joins a winter percussion ensemble, you may opt out of paying tuition from December through April. However, beaters must return to rehearsals by the second week of April. By signing this parent contract, I agree to: PAYMENT DETAILS: Monthly Participation Fee: $110, due on the 1st of each month. Due to Roman Rivera - @romanplaysdrums // PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo. Fundraising Goal: $250. This fee can be reduced through participation in ensemble-organized fundraising activities. Stay tuned for ways to participate. AGREEMENT TERMS: Commitment: The participant agrees to attend all rehearsals and performances scheduled by the ensemble from September to June. Attendance: Consistent attendance is crucial for the success of the ensemble. Participants are expected to notify the director in advance of any absences. Excessive absences may result in removal from the ensemble. Payments: The participant agrees to pay the monthly fee of $110 by the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur an additional fee. Fundraising Participation: The participant is encouraged to engage in fundraising efforts organized by the ensemble. These activities are designed to offset the cost of the fundraising fee and support the ensemble’s needs. Behavior Expectations: Participants are expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude during rehearsals and performances. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the ensemble. Equipment Responsibility: Participants are responsible for the care and maintenance of any equipment provided by the ensemble. Damaged or lost equipment may result in additional fees. Auditions: Participants must successfully audition for their instrument of choice. Two audition periods will be set up in August 2025 & January 2026. Events & Performances: "The plan" for the WGTB Drumline is to do a couple of parades and a series of performances. As soon as we have carriers, we will be performing. Please make sure to put down November 3rd for the 2 Cities Marathon & SJVCGPR Championship in late March (TBA). Termination of Agreement: In an unlikely scenario where this agreement must be terminated, the participant must understand upon termination to pay the rest of tuition until June 2026. Please contact me if there are any other activities that interfere. I would like to be as flexible as possible, given we only rehearse one day a week. Please complete and sign this form NO LATER than when you bring your Beater to rehearsal on Thursday, September 4. No one will be able to participate in our rehearsals after August 31 without a signed contract. Your child needs to sign the contract as well.
